Yossi Cohen, previously head of Mossad and now SoftBank’s investment arm representative in Israel, has acquired a high-end apartment in Tel Aviv’s RAINBOW project, developed by Israel Canada. Located in the upscale northern Sde Dov neighborhood, the property was purchased for approximately NIS 14 million. The apartment covers 134 square meters and includes a 14-square-meter balcony with ocean views, pricing the property at about NIS 100,000 per square meter.
